dinner: white bean and pasta soup with garlic and rosemary infused oil

lunch: tomato and mushrooms drizzled with peach balsamic vinagrette


lunch continued: potato leek and ham soup


breakfast: mushrooms and eggs cooked in olive oil

snack: grapes, red pear, kiwi


breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, roasted potatoes and ketchup


dinner: roasted potatoes, garlic honey and soy sauce baked salmon


lunch: salad with chick peas, red pepper and peach balsamic vinagrette, sardines on the side


breakfast: toasted oat cereal, slivered almonds, blueberries all drizzled with honey and hot water also chai tea with honey and half n half



 dinner: salad, avocado, yellow pepper white cheese cubes


lunch (eggs over sardines, chives and garlic)


breakfast: toasted oat cereal with blackberries, raspberries and blueberries drizzled with honey and hot water.



 breakfast: toasted oat ceral, slivered almonds drizzled with honey and hot water, kiwi, mandarin orange

dinner: flat bread with rosemary and thyme, salad with cucumber, carrot

  1. lookin good. when i got home from your place, i went grocery shopping to get some healthy stuff for packing my lunches. my new years resolution was just delayed a little.

  2. when i am trying to get on track with eating the right foods, i make a food journal. i used to think it was impossible, but it is quite easy and a real eye opener.
